Toyota's minivan for 2006 wears new fascia on the body plus new paint in hues like Pistachio Metallic or Dark Blue Mica. Sienna trims as CE, LE, XLE and Limited. Each features FWD traction, although the latter three offer optional AWD.
Power flows from a 3.3-liter V6 hitting 215 hp this year. In Sienna's cabin, a third-row bench seat is standard, while seats on the second row come in two formats. In seven-person mode there are two buckets on the second row, but the right bucket can slide next to the left one, leaving an aisle on the right. In eight-passenger mode, a second-row bench has a center section that slides forward. Sienna's third-row seat splits in unequal sections and each side folds into a deep well to fashion a flat floor.
Deluxe Optitron meters in the instrument panel now dress both XLE and Limited trims.
