By the fall Mercury showrooms will stock a new entry-level sedan -- Milan. Expect a shapely four-door and five-seat mid-size model riding on the FWD platform of Mazda's Mazda6, which also supports Ford's 2006 Fusion sedan and the Lincoln Zephyr.

The vehicle will be built in the Ford plant in Hermosillo, Mexico.
