Defect: Â On certain 2-door coupe passenger vehicles, the fuel return line hose fitting on the electric fuel pump may be improperly molded. Breakage could result in a leakage of fuel, and in the presence of an ignition source, it could result a fire.
Remedy: Â Dealers will replace the fuel pump. The manufacturer has not yet provided an owner notification schedule for this campaign. Owners may contact DaimlerChrysler at 1-800-853-1403.
