Recall of the 2001 Sit-N-Stroll child seat

Models: Sit'n'Stroll Rear-facing and Forward-facing Convertable car seats Model 2240.
Production Dates: April 1, 2001 - October 1, 2001

Noncompliance: The seats fail to comply the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard No., 213 "Child Restraint Systems." This noncompliance has the potential of a flight attendant not allowing a parent/guardian to bring or use this product on an airplane.

Corrective Action: Safeline Kids will send corrected labels to registered owners to be placed over the existing labels.

NHTSA No.: 02C002000 (PREVIOUS RECALL NUMBER 02E-002)
