I was hoping someone would be able to point me in a good
direstion for an affordable first car for a teenage girl.
Obviously safety is very important, but insurance and
everything else also needs to be considered. Thanks for any
thoughts or ideas.

First, what would the budget for the car be. Second, how
will it be used carying lots of stuff r people, and where
will it be used, places where there is a lot of snow or
rain.

It also matters if you feel the car must be new or would you
consider a used car.
