At the dealership the catch for getting this car down $$
incentives for first 2 months paid by Ford, and $500. I had
to use Ford Credit.
At the closing they told me finance was 8.99%.
Since I was eager at the time to leave I signed the papers
and pursued a refi with my local credit union, saving
$5000.
The complaint I have is that when the loan was paid off
total Dec. 28. The account was closed.
Unfortunatly Ford accepted an extra $600. online payment
for a closed account Dec. 29.
Now they say they can not issue a refund till Jan. 13th.
This infuriates me since they actually received money the
day after account was closed, and it was directly taken out
of my bank. I plan to report this unfair act.
