to be jumped four times in a month. I would come out in the
morning to find the battery dead.
I researched online and found news of a recall of the radio
amplifier. Evidently it will continue to hum and drain
battery when car is turned off. The dealer is supposed to
contact all owners to let them know. This didn't happen. I
told the service manager about it and he said that yes,
there was such a recall notice on the computer screen. It
was fixed within a day - doesn't hurt that he is a friend's
husband, I suppose.
I am not sure now that I would purchase this car at all.
Prepare for electrical glitches, and bring jumper cables
for safety. This is not the only horror story I've heard
of. I love driving my car, but now don't really trust it.
