Posted on: 01/01/2006 09:43 PM | My paid Ford Ranger was paid for. It was stolen. Because
of credit problems, I was sold a 2003 Nissan with a finance
rate of 21%. However, I have gotten calls from the dealer
and the finance company that they have lost my proof of
income. I am preparing to get to this again. In the
meantime, I get a letter stating "income requirements not
met" from the Bank that is supposed to financing me.
I signed the purchase contract with the Toyota dealer
stating price, terms, and payments. When I give them proof
of income again, will it be possible for them to reject my
proof of income, and I will be without a car? I assume
that the purchase contract with Toyota is a legal document.
Can they renege on the contract and say, after I give
copies again of my income, they do not approve of my
income?
My first payment is due 1/7/06. I want to make my first
payment, but do not it want to be late, and if I do not get
confirmation from them by then, I don't know whether to make
the payment and lose it, but I don't want to be late with my
payment.
Thank you for any information. |
