BMW's two-seat roadster spins off a new Z4 Coupe, which comes together along with the roadster at a BMW plant in South Carolina. The coupe, looking long and low and quick, features a curvy hardtop covering the cockpit and a spoiler integrated into the tail.
For juice the new Z4 Coupe draws from BMW's 3.0-liter in-line-six engine which delivers 255 hp.
Also expected in the Z-Line is a new performance-geared M Coupe plus M Roadster, each motivated by a high-revving 3.2-liter in-line-six with six-speed manual stick or optional six-speed Steptronic automatic transmission.
