Infiniti, the luxury division of Nissan North America, Inc., officially announced the name of its all-new full-size sport utility vehicle - the Infiniti QX56. Designed to provide luxury on a grand scale, the eight-passenger QX56 features progressive styling, advanced technology, a powerful 5.6-liter DOHC 32-valve V8 engine and a long list of standard luxury features including leather-appointed seating and navigation system. The QX56 will be the first Infiniti model assembled in North America. It is scheduled to arrive at Infiniti dealerships in the spring of 2004 and will be available in two-wheel drive and all-wheel drive models.
