The Westin Kierland Resort & Spa offers "Kids in the Kitchen," an interactive kids cooking program that is taught by the resort’s executive chef, Anton Brunbauer, and his staff. During this two-hour program (ideal for children between the ages of 5 and 10), children don chef’s whites and learn about safety, cleanliness, ingredient preparation, cooking and baking, and of course get to taste the product of their work at the end.

The session also includes a tour of the many kitchens inside the resort as well as other back-of-the-house locations. Kids in the Kitchen takes place every Saturday morning May 27-Sept. 2. The cost is $25 per child and is only available for resort guests.
