Review of the Book “Kids on Board” by Robyn Freedman Spizman

Robyn Freeman Spizman is known as TV's "Super Mom" and is a consumer reporter on NBC WXIA–TV's "Noonday." Spizman is the author of more than 50 books. She has an extensive list of credentials and references.

Mixing the old with the new and promising to take you into the territory of imagination, "Kids On Board" offers a carload of activities from silly and fun to those designed to foster discussion among family members while traveling. There are months and months of game playing in this book. It is advisable to keep a copy in the car for every ride-along with the children. This is a book the kids will keep trying to slip back into the house to continue playing. Maybe two copies are in order.

The rules are short and easy for even the youngest players. Don't even tell the kids that some of the games are teaching games. There are games even the older kids will enjoy. One of the best "keep kids busy" books I've ever read.

This book makes an excellent gift for friends with carpool duties. Do them a big favor and give them this book. After purchasing a copy for you and yours!

"Kids on Board" by Robyn Freedman Spizman is published by Fairview Press. It's 173 pages long.
